Kenneth R. Wagner

Kenneth R. Wagner is one of the plaintiff’s attorneys who tried and won the McDonald’s hot coffee case for Stella Liebeck. He has fond memories of his client and is proud to bear the battle scars from this hard-won battle against Corporate America, which continues to this day.

Ken attended the University of New Mexico on an NCAA football scholarship in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and graduated with a double major in economics and psychology. He earned his juris doctorate from the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1976.

Martindale-Hubbell has recognized Ken as a Preeminent Lawyer and AV rated. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the New Mexico Bar Association and the Albuquerque Bar Association.
He is a co-founder with his wife, Margo, of Extol! Charitable Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit public charity, which was developed to help children at risk.

Ken practices with his law firm Wagner Ford Law, P.A., with an emphasis in medical malpractice, product liability and personal injury. They are based in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico.
